DRC scripting and height (width) check?

I'd like to know if its possible to not only check for the width constraint, but also a height constraint. I thought there must be some function called height, but there doesnt seem to be, so perhaps its possible to use width for height purposes too?

    No, "width" is meant in a way "how wide" like in "how wide is that river". There is no height in a river.
