install klayout_pyxs for Xsection on Windows

Hi, Anyone has luck installing klayout_pyxs on windows using the instruction in below link? I've tried multiple times, but the pyxs option never shows up under the Tools menu. The standard xsection from Ruby does work without issue and it showed up under the Tools menu. https://github.com/gdsfactory/klayout_pyxs
